We strive to provide excellent customer service, please take time to read our Terms and Conditions. It will explain everything you need to know to shop with us with confidence.

Content and colour accuracy

Every care was taken to ensure images most accurately reflect the actual colour of the products. However, this is not an exact science and slight variation may occur, therefore the accuracy of colours displayed on our website cannot be guaranteed.

Product and prices

All prices shown are in pounds sterling and delivery charges (unless free shipping applies) will be added to your order. The final price stated at checkout will consist of the price of the goods and delivery charge based on product value and destination.

Placing an order

All products are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you and issue you with a refund within 4 working days.

Delivery

Orders are processed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays only so please allow 5-10 days for delivery from the order date. In the event your order would be delayed we would notify you, via email, of the expected delivery date. You may at this point cancel your order if you wish to do so.

Occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are beyond our control. If you have not received your items within 10 working days please contact us via the online form.
All prints will be made to order so please allow two weeks for delivery.

When placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), local taxes, import and export duties are the liability of the purchaser. These will not be calculated at the checkout. Payment of taxes and/or duties, including those which might be incurred in transit, are the responsibility of the purchaser. International delivery charges, local taxes, import and export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We would advise all customers from outside the EEA (European Economic Area) to make enquiries, whether they will be liable to pay import tax, before purchasing any goods from us.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the purchase you must notify us via the online form. You must do so within fourteen days from the day you received the order. All goods must be returned to us in saleable condition after our acceptance of cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice, if we believe it is in breach of our Terms and Conditions. 

Damaged items

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If the product you ordered arrived damaged please contact us via email info@hasek.uk within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please include photos of the damage. If you fail to notify us within this time, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, of goods.

Returns or exchange

We would like you to be happy with your purchase and the service you receive. In the event that you wish to return or exchange the purchased item note the following item specific requirements:

Greeting Cards, lampshades and other homewares:

If you wish to return or exchange greeting cards purchased from us, please notify us via the online form. We will be happy to advise you how to proceed. Please note that all cards purchased must be return to us in the original packaging in mint condition within fourteen days from the day you received them. Items received after this deadline can only be accepted for return at our discretion.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is damaged. Depending on the stock levels and your preferences, the goods will either be exchanged or a full refund will be issued.

Prints:

All prints are made to order. If you change you mind you must notify us via the online form within 24 hours from the time your art print(s) order was placed. After this time we will not be able to offer a refund unless the item was delivered damaged.
We cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit therefore we would advise you to obtain proof of postage.

Bath & Beauty products:

If you wish to return or exchange these products, please notify us via the online form and return purchased goods to us in the original packaging in mint condition and unopened  within fourteen days from the day you received them. Items received after this deadline can only be accepted for return at our discretion. We cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Therefore we would advise you to obtain proof of postage.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 30 days, subject to compliance with the returns policy and time frames outlined above.

Commercial Resale/Wholesale

You may not, without our written permission, commercially resell any of our products. Reselling our products commercially would be deemed as a breach of our terms and conditions. If you would like to purchase a large amount of any of our products for wholesale purposes, please contact us via the online form to discuss your requirements.

This website and its content, all images and design ideas are the intellectual property of Katerina Hasek and subjected copyright. You may not, without our written permission, copy, distribute, commercially exploit reproduce any content of this website or incorporate into any other artwork.

Privacy

We will only use the personal information we collect, such as billing addresses and contact information, to fulfil, and to communicate with your about, your order. Occasionally, we may sent you promotional emails about new products and special offers using the email address which you have provided where permission was given. We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute you have which relates to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of our website, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
