Do you ship anywhere else other than the UK?

Yes, I currently post items to those countries. However if you would like your item to be shipped to a location that is not listed, please contact me via the online form and I am certain I will be able to accommodate your request.

 

What payments do you accept?

  • Bank transfer
  • Cheques or Postal Orders
  • PayPal

 

Postage and Delivery time

Orders are processed on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only so please allow 5-10 days for delivery from the order date. Occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are beyond my control. If you have not received your items within 10 working days please contact me via the online form.

All prints will be made to order so please allow two weeks for delivery.

 

Do I have to pay custom charges and import taxes when ordering from outside of an EEA (European Economic Area)?

When placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), local taxes, import and export duties are the liability of the purchaser. These will not be calculated at the checkout and payment of these taxes and/or duties, including those which might be incurred in transit, are the responsibility of the purchaser. International delivery charges, local taxes, import and export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

What if a desired item is temporally out of stock?

Products are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, please contact me via email or the online form and I will notify you when item becomes available again.

 

I am not happy with the product or I simply wish to cancel the order. What shall I do?

I would like you to be happy with your purchase and the service you receive. If you are not completely satisfied please contact me via the online form and return your goods in resalable condition within 14 days.

Greeting Cards:

If you wish to return or exchange these, please inform me via the online form and send them back to me in their original packaging in mint condition within fourteen days from the day you received the goods. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to me. Depending on the stock levels and your preferences, I will either exchange it or issue you with a full refund.

Prints:

All prints are made to order, therefore if you change you mind you must notify my via the online form within 24 hours. After this time I will not be able to offer a refund unless the item was delivered damaged.

I have received damaged goods. What should I do?

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If the product you ordered arrived damaged please contact me via email info@hasek.uk within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please include photos of the damage. If you fail to notify me within this time, I will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, of goods.
